How Therapy Helps You Heal

I personally understand how addiction can impact each member of a family. That’s why I chose to study at Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School and earned my master’s degree in Counseling with a focus on Addiction. I’ve worked with a variety of young people caught in cycles of addiction and substance use, as well as the family and friends who love them.

My approach is holistic in nature — combining evidence-based addiction therapy with attention to mental health challenges, and offering genuine compassion at every turn. I focus on rebuilding trust, uncovering the root causes behind repetitive behaviors, and helping clients create a healthy path forward.
